TrisQ sarl was founded in 2014 in Lebanon to serve insurance and pension providers in the MENA region with a Total Solution approach for their technical and business growth needs. We are the first company in the MENA region to offer a unique combination of actuarial consulting services, information technology solutions and business process outsourcing services.
In 2021, we established TrisQ Ltd as an Insurtech in Dubai International Financial Centre to optimize the potential of insurance intermediaries and insurance companies to stand out from the crowd and grow their business through innovation and technology.

OUR PEOPLE
Guy Saad
CEO
Guy is the co-founder and CEO of TrisQ. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Saint-Joseph University and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. Before founding TrisQ, Guy worked for 10 years with local and multinational actuarial consulting firms on several projects in the MENA region and Europe. He also held the position of marketing actuary at a major regional Third Party Administrator where he was in charge of developing and administering medical insurance products.
His areas of expertise range from advising insurance companies on product innovation, business process reengineering and digital transformation strategies as well as advising private and public organizations on the design, implementation and management of post-retirement medical and pension schemes.
Roy Saad
CTO
Roy is a co-founder at TrisQ and the company’s CTO. He is a tech entrepreneur with more than 22 years of experience in software development.
He is also the founder and general manager of SEERS Group a Lebanese company specialized in the implementation of residential home automation systems.
Prior to founding SEERS Group in 2011 Roy held the position of director of the software engineering department of a major regional banking solutions provider for two years and was in charge of software development at the same company for 9 consecutive years.
